It has been cool for over a week now and it looks like there is another week of cool (and rain) ahead of us. We did have a few days of intense heat in May and that was very rough for me but even though the rain brings pain, the cool is wonderful.
I was not able to move the day after I pulled all those weeds but I am fine again. I am planning to try to get out again this evening or tomorrow to have another go at it. Right now I am trying to organize some things in the house. Flylady says you can't organize clutter so I am trying to decide just what I want to keep and take with me and then release the rest. It is difficult and a slow job but it is happening. Little by little I will get through this stuff.
Paul is supposed to be coming over here this afternoon to put the doors back on the bathroom cabinet and the mirrored doors up top on the medicine cabinet. There are a few other little details too and then the bathroom will be truly finished. I am only putting back in there the stuff that will move with me so that will be the first room in the house that is completely ready to go. It is also the most beautiful room in the house now. It went from ugly duckling to swan.
Well, I should close for now and try to get some more done. I need to go downstairs to get some clothes from the dryer, have a quick shower, get dressed and take on the day - what's left of it.

PICTURES! of the bathroom. I remember it as the purple room. :) I loved it as a kid but I think it started to show its age (as I have :P)
I'm glad it's cooler up there. We're in a nasty heat wave. Saskatoon is looking good!
