It is fun having company and doing things you otherwise would not do. My cousin Rosalie arrived around noon on Saturday. I took my young (11 yr old) neighbour with me to the airport and then we all went for Chinese buffet. Then we stopped off at Sears and I bought myself a new fry pan. My old wok style pan is now in the garbage as the stick-free coating was coming off. The new pan is a Lagostina and was on sale at 70% off. It was originally $85 and I got it for just under $25. Grrrrreat deal. I used a gift certificate to pay for it so it was from my brother. :) I made supper (a beef / broccoli stirfry) in it tonight.
We are on our way to bed now and will be getting up early for garbage day and to get ready to go to Seniors and then pack up the car to travel to Alberta. I am eager to go and visit an unknown cousin and then see my beloved daughter and then to view some potential homes. Yes, life is good.
