Today is the day of the ... delicious latte

Mmmm. I steamed the milk for my latte and somehow managed to get the perfect foam. Truly it was like whipped cream. I usually get good foam but now and then ... perfection. :) Can you tell I like my latte?

I don't have a CPAP machine yet. I have an appointment to go see the company technician and decide what machine and mask will work best for me. I am lucky in that the amount of pressure required to keep my airways open is low so I won't have any trouble adapting to that. Just the mask itself. Which does worry me a little. I have Rosacea and it flares up when anything touches the area for any prolonged length of time. So we will have to wait and see. My appointment isn't until Thursday so there is nothing to be done until then.

The heat is really bothering my heart. I didn't go to bed until 3:30am and was up again at 8am. I am tired but ... I may be getting company today so I am trying to tidy up a little as well this morning. Slowly. I have done a load of laundry and have another one on. I have vacuumed their room and hallway. I have scooped the cat litter which was what Cole wanted me to do first thing. Sigh. He is not my favourite cat today. He has started to spray again. I caught him on the kitchen counter and yelled at him. He gave me a snooty look, turned, sprayed my coffee grinder and then calmly hopped off the counter. I was stunned. Fortunately he sprayed the back of it and it was low enough that nothing was contaminated. I was able to just take a Clorox wipe and disinfect the area. Damn him though. And Thomas ... well we are not going to go there. Suffice it to say that neither cat has endured himself to me today.

Well, enough complaining. On the positive side, I am alive, reasonably well, and it is a nice day. It is not supposed to get too hot today so that is great too. :)
